3. Quotation

After defining the design, we will provide you with a detailed quotation based on the following factors:

• Carpet size

• Number of colors in the design

• Complexity of the design

4. Shipping

Once you have approved the design and quotation, we will proceed with the production of your custom rug. Each piece is carefully made to order. We will inform you about the estimated production and shipping time. When your rug is ready, we will ship it to the address you have provided.
